Carolyn
Theresa Simon

Carolyn is the Founder of thepranaproject, a platform to help individuals be the best version of themselves. She’s an internationally certified yoga educator (E-RYT 500), wellness writer, recipe curator and fitness model and postgraduate in Finance & HR.

After a short stint with two of the big 4’s(Deloitte & KPMG) in accounting and finance, Carolyn decided to move to writing and yoga. She has worked with various corporates, individuals and athletes,

Her teaching style reflects her passion and dedication to the art and discipline of traditional yoga. Each session will be influenced by different traditional styles (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar) along with kriya, pranayama and meditation practices, with an element of philosophy. Her classes are an engaging blend of very clear, specific alignment-based instructions and skilful sequencing. Expect a session of discovery, exploration, and letting go with generous servings of complete breath awareness, sweat and laughter.
